The projects making up the Cities in Balance programme fall into four work packages:
Silver Hubs (WP1) Centres for inter-generational meeting, communication and information
Silver Inclusion (WP2) Financial, social and technical involvement of seniors in community life
Silver Economy (WP3)Qualification and promotion of employment, serving supply and demand side in the silver market
Silver Training (WP4)Implementation of a transnational programme in senior affairs and awareness-raising
